[OSDC:Announce] Purchasing additional OSDC 2008 dinner tickets

Hi,

For those who wish to purchase an additional conference dinner ticket,
we have added a "Dinner Only" registration type to the OSDC
registration page. The cost of the dinner is $AUD 70.00.
